I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004 from Seattle University College of Nursing and began my career on the Medical Unit at Seattle Children's Hospital. I quickly developed a passion for Emergency Room nursing and joined that team.

In 2013, I welcomed the first of my three daughters and shifted my focus to Primary Care nursing — working in outpatient settings centered on preventive health and building lasting patient relationships.

Following the 2020 COVID pandemic, I sought new ways to apply my extensive nursing background. I was drawn to the Rainier Medical Education program led by Dr. Julia Overstreet, Podiatrist, where I completed both didactic education and over 30 hours of hands-on clinical training to earn my Certified Foot Care Specialist designation.

I founded Foot Care by Clare to bring specialized foot care directly to clients — with expertise, compassion, and consistency.
